   I remember the chalkboard stickman, but I forgot about this one. After all this time to see it again. I’m glad you put it here!

   yes there were. In fact WTTW our PBS affiliate in Chicago aired one of them during Prime Time TV when General Mills underwrote WTTW’s prime time programming

   Hasn’t lost its touch after all these years. This is one of those commercials that you saw a million times as a kid but then forgot it even existed as you got older.

    Me too!! I don’t really REMEMBER THIS particular commercial, but I remember the “Cheeriooo-o-oo’s” thing for sure

    Haha! great! I remember seeing this one all the time as a kid. “Out… of… steam…” still runs through my head when I get real tired. Funny how weird little things from childhood can stick in your head forever.

    This commercial brings back memories from when I was in kindergarten and first grade! I haven’t seen this commercial in over 25 years!!! The stick guy left in about 1981. They brought Kid and Sue back in the mid 1980s.

    I remember these commercials! Not sure if I saw this particular one, but the little stick guy stayed around through the mid 1980s.
