The most honest advert in history… Frank Muir saying ‘we make these up as we go along, you know’ in the Fruit and Nut ad… classic. And say “Tell ‘em about the honey mummy” to someone over 30 and watch the reaction… Mike Grady (from Citizen Smith & last of The Summer Wine) in the Pepsi as (and something like that DID happen to me in Switzerland in 1978…

    - The C3PO look alike with an upside down head for Hamlet cigars
    - The Curly Wurly adds and the comedians laughing at them
    - The Shredded Wheat adds with the woman singing : There are 2 men in my life for 1 I am the mother 4 the other I’m the wife and I give them …

Scary! I’ve watched all the first ones and now up to Leonard Rossiter, A.K.A., Reginald Perrin with that tart what’s her face, and not only do I remember the products, but the words, music and all. Even stand in parts. I’m waiting to see if Scallywagstv has Penelope Keith from, The Good Life. with, Bold rolled gold. “No, no, no. . . . Felicity!” LOL “Oh, and by de way man.” Though that was at the flicks only I think. :o )o:
