Who Owned KOAT 7 in 1978 because they use the ABC7 Logo like KGO, KABC and WABC does. I know that KATV was another station that use the ABC7 logo but not an ABC O&O like KGO, KABC, WABC and WLS does.
I remember that yellow pages WHO WHAT WHERE WHEN WHY. When I was a kid I used to keep asking where’s HOW.
Damn, 15 cents a cup for coffee
I wish it was still that cheap
I believe it’s Robert Morse (original star of How To Succeed In Business…).
I suppose the local announcer talking over the network spot at 0:11 was to cover up some time reference that would have been wrong in the Mountain states.
Although I’m not 100% certain, I think the guy singing the jingle in the Circle K commercial is actor Robert Morse, who made his fame in the ’60s as star of the play (then movie) “How to Succeed in Business” and more recently has been playing Bert Cooper, the head of the ad agency, in “Mad Men.”
No hot dogs, cluck!
WHO-WHAT-WHEN-WHERE-WHY (Bell System Yellow Pages)
I guess it’s not Bobby Van or Wonderama’s Bob McAlister.
I wonder – In the Circle K commercial, who is the guy singing the “There’s gotta be a easier way” jingle?
