Ok I believe whoever did this is not a Thai. Google Translate screws up the Thai translation, the translation that appears in Thai doesnt even make sense. Well… I am Thai and I dont find this entertaining and I doubt anyone will if it’s about your country… oh wait, you might if you’re American (yeah how about that)…. since many Americans have no pride in their country anyway. You obviously dont know Thailand well enough

Exactly. There’s no hidden point that Yahoo is better than Google or anything like that… just a funny “what if?” ending.
It took me a while, but I think the point is that if he used Yahoo, it wouldn’t have helped him screw up his life, since Yahoo is largely useless. LOL

I think they’re joking that because Google provided specific answers to their life, it went down such a negative path. And that maybe, if they used a different search engine, things would’ve been different.
It’s funny. Is it trying to make a point, though? The last line is funny in that “I should have…” sort of way… but there is nothing leading up to that point which suggests Yahoo (or any other search engine) would have been better. If it was all for humor and the ending was just “insert [any] search engine here” for effect, then it was well done. Otherwise, it’s not very clever.
