This was Yash Chopra’s second directorial film with Amitabh Bachchan and Shashi Kapoor in the lead roles after Deewar and was particularly noted for its soundtrack compositions by Khaiyyam, who won Filmfare Award for Best Music, while film lyricist Sahir Ludhianvi won the Best Lyricist Award for “Kabhi Kbhie Mere Dil Mein”, the song which also got singer Mukesh, the Best Male Playback Singer award . The movie was a commercial success, and became the 8th highest grosser of the year at the Indian Box Office. Neetu Singh (born 8 July 1958) is an Indian and Bollywood Actress of the 70s. She worked as a child actor under the name Baby Sonia, she played as ‘Roopa’ (child actress) in 1966 movie Dus Lakh, she also played dual roles in the hit film Do Kaliyan (1968). Neetu Singh made her debut as a heroine in 1972 with Rikshawala which was a flop. She took a small role in Yaadon Ki Baarat (1973), which became a hit, and her sizzling dance number to the song Lekar hum brought her so much attention that she was immediately offered lead roles again. Here it is! That classic After School Special starring Scott Baio. Unfortunately, the beginning and very end of the movie are cut off, but at least the majority of it is here. The quality is about what you might expect out of a 25 year old VHS tape, but it’s the best I could do. No commercials, sorry. Enjoy!
